Mystic Valley Opportunity Center

General Description:

The Mystic Valley Opportunity Center is looking for volunteers and interns to provide overall support to staff with administrative duties around the center.


  • Update client appointment book
  • Conduct intake for programs and assist clients with application process
  • Perform data entry and assist with maintaining computerized databases
  • Assist with client file maintenance
  • Answer phones and greet clients as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with families, youth and adults of diverse ethnicities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer Knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or Mandarin preferred

Length of Commitment:

ASAP – ongoing

Schedule (including day and time if applicable):

Flexible schedule for 10 to 15 hours a week between Monday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
